Luke is a seasoned hospitality executive with over 25 years of management experience in large restaurant and hotel groups. He is currently the Chief Operating Officer at CentraArchy Restaurants, a family-owned and operated company with 14 locations across the Southeast.

As the COO, Luke oversees the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring the highest standards of service, food, and atmosphere for the guests. He also leads and develops a team of talented and dedicated professionals, who share his vision of creating a successful and sustainable business.
